A pet hate of mine is descriptions and labels sometimes given to clients and patients. At times they make zero anatomical sense and prove only to confuse matters and can, have the adverse affect on recovery.  So many people use google to self diagnose these days and, it's concerning.  Although this video is light hearted I feel it is very important to have a deep understanding of anatomy, the fascial system and, challenge some of the things we were taught.  Our knowledge of the musculoskeletal and fascial systems has moved on enormously over the last 25 years and many of our favoured and comfortable diagnoses are no longer valid.
